The fourth album of the Sciammarella Tango group will be "Quinquela" and will be released in 2023. "The Benito Quinquela Martín Museum entrusted us with a lot of repertoire dedicated to the artist that was preserved in biblioratos that were never played. From that I composed a candombe, "Bien argentinos", which is already circulating, and we are going to work on the new record", says Denise Sciamarella, founder and voice of the orchestra.
There will be ten songs. In addition to the already recorded "Bien argentinos" (about Quinquela's decision to paint his own coffin and have it carry the colors of the Argentine flag on the inside), the album will include his own versions of existing works dedicated to the artist but which until now remained unpublished.
