Rincón porteño is organizing this seminar on Sunday, July 9 from 6 to 8 pm.
In the first part we will work on warm up and body preparation.
Then we will approach posture, body alignment, axis, balance, walking, twisting, melodic and rhythmic ornaments, ochos, turning technique and milonga.
We will finish with stretching and relaxation work with spheres.
