On December 11, the neighborhood of Flores will have a mural of its singer "Floreal Ruiz". The project was initiated within the framework of the sixth edition of the Festival de Tango de Flores, an independent meeting to promote the porteño culture held in October, in order to make sure that the neighborhood will have a mural of its beloved singer.
