After seven months of silence, Ksenija Sidorova presents her instrument on September 30 at 8.30 pm with works from Bach to Piazzolla, accompanied by piano, bandoneon and violin.
The talented Latvian performer is one of the world's leading ambassadors of the classical accordion. Her repertoire ranges from Bach to Piazzolla, from Efrem Podgaits and Václav Trojan to Erkki-Sven Tüür and George Bizet, and a multitude of chamber projects.
Her last concert was broadcast from an exclusive set at her home as part of the Royal Albert Home sessions. She has appeared on many of the world's most prestigious stages and was one of the special guests at Bryn Terfel's 50th anniversary concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 2015, alongside Sting and Danielle De Niese.
